Conclusion and note
1. Affine would probably be the best in the nearly future. It will be the only app that has a fully feature whiteboard, local first, database, share-ability and all that stuff. It is also the only fully open source app.
2. Obsidian is the only app that allow extension truly local markdown based software. It also has best performance.
3. Notion is best for company wiki and public pages.
4. Craft is the most beautiful, collaborative, local based app.
