When I moved from Hong Kong ðŸ‡ðŸ‡° to Vancouver 🇨🇦, I found that my English is not good enough. Daily communication is okay but the fluency and the number of vocabulary is just not as good as native English speaker. I decided to further study my English, since the last time in secondary school.

1. Vocabulary, this affects the accuracy of your meaning
2. Fluency, this shows how confidence you are towards your language
3. Intonation, accurately reflect your emotion base on what you are saying
## The Biggest Problem of My English?
1. Don't know how to start and sustain conversation
2. Fail to remember phrases
3. Fail to hear clearly when a bunch of people talking
4. Fail to do frequent context switching
## Actions
1. Listen to English audio soap-opera and watch more western TV shows on Youtube and Netflix. Practice by listening and imitation.
2. Improve my vocabulary but writing down new words every day and use tools like https://www.vocabulary.com/
3. Speak English as much as possible. Try speaking English with people with different accents. This is also good for enlarging my social circle.
4. Find an app for spaced repetition so as to recall your memory.
