## Ingredients
- Spaghetti or any other pasta of your choice
- Guanciale (cured pork cheek) or pancetta (Italian bacon)
- Pecorino Romano cheese (sheep's cheese)
- Free-range eggs
- Black pepper
- Optional: garlic
## Procedure
1. boil water put the Spaghetti, add salt and oil
2. fry the bacon and garlic
3. put the spaghetti and put some water
4. put cheese, egg yolk, cream milk
## Tips
Don't use egg white, otherwise it become fry egg.
