## What Did You Do Today? 1. in the morning, we go to the Sunday service. Joe and Cammi are driving us there. We have a very good Sunday. The content is about the same as what Joe delivered on our previous Sunday. We want to make sure we are following Jesus Characters and we want to bring those characters with us. It is like going on a trip and we want to pack the useful stuff with us. Don't overpack, pack just enough. 2. On the Sunday service, I have fellowship with different people. I kind of forget who I have chatted with today because there are too many people but I guess I should record it next time. I chatted with Anderson and Jonny today. They are very interested in starting a business. Especially Anderson, he wants to start a tech business but starting a tech business is not as easy as he think. But I told him what I know anyway. 3. And then we had lunch in "The One". Today is Ashish birthday and we are celebrating with him as well. There are so many people (the campus) in the restaurant again. It is fun and enjoyable. 4. Then me, Natalie and Xena went back because soon we will have leadership meeting on zoom. We should have the leadership meeting right after lunch but since Brandon is sick today, we switched to zoom. 5. But before the leadership meeting, We bought a gift for Ryan and Fion in HomeSense. It is a Faith wooden decoration. 6. In the leadership meeting, we discuss on how are the bible study of different people. Joe is asking us about the challenges in the campus and seeking advice on whether there should be more leader in the campus ministry. 7. Then Ryan come to drive us to his place. It has been a long time since I went to Steveston. In the first two week when I just arrive Canada, I was staying with Ryan and Fion in Steveston. Fion prepare hotpot and BBQ for us. The food is really awesome. Natalie and I are very happy and grateful that they are so serving. They also share some 班蘭 cake with us. We have a lot of fun time together. I really look up to them and feel like they are some angels in my life. I can learn so much from them. 8. When it is 9pm, Ryan drove us back. Things we have discuss in the leadership meeting today ``` Chanllenges too many people come, growing -> location need, another place for devo -> dating need, need more encouragement -> discipling need ---- understand the challenges first, the principle is that the ministry will be campus-led. If nessary, first consider rise up some younger disciples before adding people from other ministry. Something are better done by campus but something can be helped by single. it is good that singles can involve but they would not jump into the leadership right away. ---- what can singles do? 1. sit in small group 2. guest speaker on devo 3. encourage campus to have dinner ---- sidenotes 1. location -> vong's place, cathelin's party room (rent), SFU 2. Teens need more support than campus 3. Start encouragement date in the campus leader 4. weekly campus ministry planning on zoom, monthly in person ``` ## How Do You Feel? it is a eventful day, lots of activities and meet many people.
