## What Did You Do Today?
> In here, I capture the essence of life. I just need some time to dig it out.
1. I have meeting with Chi Wai on Discord in the morning. We talked about how are we doing recently. We talked about our jobs. And I shared life in Vancouver, for example where I live and the church in Vancouver. I told him I am finding job in Vancouver but I am not in a hurry.
2. Then I eat a breakfast and start working on my website
3. Then I went to have a drum lesson with Adrian. I didn’t practice this week so I think I need to repractice the basic patterns. I look for the drum studio in Richmond but turns out there is not so many. I think I book the same studio which I had the lesson with Adrian just before the lesson.
4. Then I took the transit back to Richmond and have dinner with Natalie. We had sushi together. I don’t feel well today as well and my brain feel dizzy. Natalie kepts talking about her things. For example, her study with Lauryn. But strangely enough, there are so many things going on in my brain. I feel like I don’t have the focus for information intake but I can process the information generated from my brain.
5. I have a chat with Natalie because she is worried about me. When she found that she doesn’t understand me, she is very sad. I am sad as well because I don’t want to see her being upset just because my condition is not good. She think I am unhappy recently but actually I am not. I literally have no feeling at all.
## How Do You Feel?
Recently I feel like I want to go back to the basic.
1. I feel like my thoughts are too complicated and I cannot handle my thinking. Just by observing my obsidian, many of the notes are not complete. I don’t think they will be helpful. → I need to rethink how I handle the message.
2. From the notes I took, I found that I spend too much time on the finance instead of the relationship and health. That’s not what I want.
