## What Did You Do Today?
1. I had a breakfast and quiet time with Natalie. I prepared the devo message tonight. Cliff had prepared some of the message for me but I need to refine it and practice the presentation.
2. I missed the call with Gavin and Ren. I felt so sorry but we have find another time for this. I am a bit disappointed about this because I forget to put this on my calendar.
3. I created the campus calendar and I shared it on the group. Seem like people like this.
4. I felt hungry and went to have a Vietnamese sandwich. It is good. I sit next to the Richmond service center and enjoy a good time of silence. I also have a walk in the minoru park. I felt peace and the presence of god.
5. I took the transit to Vong's house. Today I deliver the message so I am both excited and nervous. I am excited because I really want to do this to serve the church and this is like a challenge to me.
6. I also feel a bit dizzy probably because I am sick. I don’t feel very well recently.
7. A new friend called Osagie come to the devo. He seems to be very familiar with the bible because he comes from a christian family background.
8. Many people come today so that is little pressure to me. I talked about we need to have goodness and knowledge to our faith. and we need to be intentional to develop a relationship with God. I got very nervous and my brain kind of stop functioning in the middle that I kind of got stuck a little bit. But people are so encouraging that they answer many of question thought provoking questions. I think the outcome is good because people say that they like it. But at the same time, I know that I have many things to improve on.
> [!info] Scripture of the day
> 2 Peter 1:3-11 (NIV)
> His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. ==For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.== For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins. Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
