This is also the goal of [[Natalie]]. ## Business Goal To create a community where people can feel relax and exchange ideas comfortably. ## Business Model It will be a coffee bar. In the morning, it is a coffee shop while at night, it become a bar. We will invite people to play music at night. The music will mainly be Jazz. There will be a stage prepared for the performers. Besides, we have 2 rooms for renting to startup companies. They can enjoy free coffee and connections with other customers. Each room will have a projector for meeting, a big table for 4-6 people, and some smaller tables. Sometimes we will also rent out the place for people to have conference and offline community meetings at night. Mostly dark wooden furnitures. The floor and wall are also covered with dark wood. Cosy real leather sofa. Most of the tables (except the bar table) are live-edge solid wood tables. During the day, there will be a gramophone playing the music, mostly Jazz. In winter, the indoor fireplace will be turned on. There is also a Pool table free for people to play. But we allow customers to book it in advanced with money. There will be some arts hanging on the wall, they are from local artists who wants to sell their arts. There are also christian decoration on the wall because me and Natalie are christian. There will be a little book shelf which contains some spiritual books and book donation (people give away for free). ## Founder 1. Myself, I will be the business operator plus the cook 2. Natalie, She will be the business operator plus the barista The people we hire will be international.
